Ki Insurance (Lloyds first algorithmic digital syndicate):

Led and delivered the market’s first digital syndicate from a BA perspective which directly integrated via an API into broking platforms and continued to own the product roadmap.

Beazley (Modernisation project):

Led a team of business analysts working on Beazley’s modernisation project, specifically in their rater transformation team and was responsible for documenting requirements and pricing processes for every rater used across all areas of the business and following them through to being built, tested and released to a new pricing platform (Hyperexponential). We were responsible for ensuring the models were built in an agile manner whilst owning the backlog, producing training documentation as well as ensuring the Underwriters were fully trained and able to use the system prior to each model going live.

VUW (Vi Underwriting):

Lead the Analysis for this startup digital MGA, worked through the Underwriting process with them including bringing in external vendors to get their offering in a place to go live and start writing business digitally.

Bespoke work:

Coached and mentored over 50 different clients globally to date, with work ranging from basic BA real life use cases and training through to professional project implementation.
